How it Works
Venturo property is in the property market and receives off-market properties daily. As a result we have a wealth of opportunities that we cannot possibly take up ourselves therefore we have a Platinum List available where portfolio builders, property investors and sourcing agents have access to the latest deals. We package these opportunities up and sell them on to other investors.
Complete our online application, NDA agreement, non-compete agreement, state your investment preferences and submit your application.
Once you have been approved and join our mailing list, you will receive an onboarding email. Move our emails into your primary folder and add us to your favourites, you do not want to miss these deals.
As you can imagine, this service is time consuming and our marketing costs are high. We do charge a sourcing fee for this service which is a percentage of the value and will be agreed with the investor at the time.
