Straight-forward, secured investments providing hands-off, fixed returns
Our investors will be paid a fixed rate of return over a fixed term. Just like a traditional bank lending funds and holding the asset as security whilst repayments are being made. We also structure investments in a way where we would purchase land for it to be provided as security to investors or the pension fund. The land is then developed and the investors are repaid. A loan agreement would ensure that the investment is structured in a way that protects the investors. You can enjoy a guaranteed fixed return for your investment without having to lift a finger. This is a great way to use capital, as the returns are far better than what can be found in savings accounts while eliminating risk as there is security and protection of your capital.

A joint venture partnership is the formal recognition of the partnership entered into by investors, builders and developers for a particular project. JV partnerships are a great way to spread the risk and reward. A combination of partners bringing together their resources to maximise the opportunity whilst minimising the financial risk. We may partner with landowners, sophisticated investors, development companies, skilled partners or public bodies to achieve the desired outcome.
This type of partnership is more complex and the commitment is more than financial. JV structures have shared risk and liability, responsibilities, tax obligations and are required to see the project to completion.
Not all partners offer capital; instead some offer land, properties primed for development, factories ready to be converted to new apartments, or a unique set of skills where they invest their time and expertise in an opportunity.
